These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jetbuzz platform. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on jetbuzz, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using any jetbuzz service. We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication, and continued use of the platform will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. For general information about jetbuzz, please read our About Us page.

2.1 Age Limit

All casino and betting services on jetbuzz are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. No one under the age of 21 may use this platform. Providing a false age at registration will result in immediate account closure, and any active balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Location Eligibility

Users of jetbuzz must verify for themselves that using online betting and gaming services from their location is permitted under local law. Full responsibility for operating an account from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally prohibited rests with the user.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and all benefits, including bonuses, will be cancelled.

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on jetbuzz, accurate and complete personal information must be provided. The name, date of birth, and mobile number given at registration may be verified. jetbuzz reserves the right to permanently close any account registered with false information.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention, jetbuzz may request identity verification documents at any time. Users may be required to submit a copy of their National ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3.3 Password and Login Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login details completely confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to jetbuzz support immediately. jetbuzz will never ask for your password by phone or email.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on jetbuzz via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits. Funds sent from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

Withdrawals will generally be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. jetbuzz reserves the right to hold withdrawals above a specified amount where account verification has not been completed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jetbuzz offers new members a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. After receiving this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳12,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering conditions and expiry period, which are clearly stated in the offer description.
• Bonuses may never be treated as a cash equivalent and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• It is not possible to have more than one active bonus at the same time, unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.
• If fraudulent use of a bonus is suspected, jetbuzz reserves the right to investigate and suspend the account.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

jetbuzz provides various regular offers including weekly reloads, slot bonuses, and referral rewards. Specific terms apply to each offer. An offer may not be claimed more than once by the same person or device.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

jetbuzz reserves the right to accept bets at its own discretion. If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault, incorrect odds, or a data feed issue, jetbuzz may cancel that bet and the staked amount will be returned.

6.2 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits may be set for specific events, games, or markets. These limits will be displayed to the user within the platform. Deliberately attempting to circumvent these limits may result in account suspension.

6.3 Match Results and Dispute Resolution

Official results from recognised international sports bodies are used to determine outcomes in sports betting. In the event of any dispute over a result, jetbuzz's decision will be considered final.

6.4 Live Betting Rules

In live betting, any bet placed after a market has closed will be considered void. If a bet is lost due to a connection issue, recovery of that bet cannot be guaranteed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to misuse bonuses or promotional offers.
• Placing bets through fraudulent or manipulative means.
• Using automated software or bots to operate an account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software errors in the platform.
• Registering or operating an account using another person's identity.

If any of the above prohibited activities are identified, the associated balance and winnings will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

The jetbuzz VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — starting at a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze level and going up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond level.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. Promotion or demotion between VIP tiers is determined by jetbuzz's set criteria. For more details, see the jetbuzz VIP Program page.

jetbuzz believes gaming is a form of entertainment and we are mindful that it should never have a negative impact. Users can set their own deposit limits, bet limits, and break periods.

11.1 Account Suspension

jetbuzz may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to provide account verification documents.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus misuse or system manipulation.

11.2 Service Changes

jetbuzz reserves the right to remove or modify any game, market, or service at any time. Users may not claim compensation for such changes.

jetbuzz is not liable for any loss caused by technical faults on the platform, server disruptions, or internet connection issues. Our liability is also limited for losses not directly resulting from jetbuzz's own operations, such as third-party technology issues or legal changes.

Betting and gaming inherently carry financial risk. jetbuzz is not responsible for a user's losses — the outcome of every bet and game depends on the user's own judgement and decisions.

These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of jetbuzz will be resolved in accordance with applicable law and legal procedures. If a dispute arises, we ask that you first attempt to resolve it through jetbuzz support.

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid by a court or authority, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

jetbuzz reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes as early as possible — via email or platform notifications. Continued use of jetbuzz after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.
